Sheena was my first client to be photographed at my new house! I’m so excited about the great locations nearby. There’s a stream running through the neighborhood, a playground, and lots of great textured fences to lean against.

Sheena’s sister works for Disney World in Florida and got her a super cute Mickey dress to wear and a stuffed animal for her little one. I have a feeling Jakob is going to be well stocked in all things Disney! Sheena also brought along her dog Summer…so fun! My kitty loved playing with her while we were taking pictures.

Sheena had her baby boy last week, hospital and newborn pictures coming soon! Congrats girl!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jenae at little Jake’s 1st Birthday last month. (Pictures of that coming soon!) I was so happy when she mentioned she’d like maternity pictures before her son arrived. Good thing we did the session when we did…baby Jack came 2 weeks early (those pictures are coming soon too! I better get back to editing!). Jenae was an absolutely beautiful expectant mother. Thank you Jenae and Justin for allowing me to capture such a wonderful time in your life!

I’ve known Vanessa for 9 years now (wow…). She was my sorority sister at WSU and a great friend throughout college. I am so happy for her and so glad I was able to capture this special time in her and her husband’s life. Congratulations Dan and Vanessa! I can’t wait to meet her!

I’ve known Andrea for almost 15 years…wow, that’s weird to type! We met as freshmen at Central Catholic High School, in our honors Algebra I/II class. She complimented my sweater that first day of school and she has been one of my best friends ever since. haha

I am so excited for her and her husband Tony, I know little Kingston will be very loved (especially when Aunt Missy comes to visit! haha)

I was introduced to Melissa and her husband Rolly through my college friend Vanessa. I’m loving all the referrals I’ve been getting lately through my friends — thanks SO much you guys!! Seems like everyone settled in the Seattle area after WSU but me…but that’s ok, just means I get to see them and catch when I go up there for shoots!

Melissa and Rolly are the sweetest couple, they are so excited for their little one to get here! She is going to be so loved, just look at the way her parents-to-be look at each other! I think i said “awww” like 50 times during our shoot. Too cute! Hope they’ll ask me back when the baby’s here, I love being able to follow the baby’s story from the very beginning…and make great friends! Congrats Melissa and Rolly!
