I’ve been lucky enough to photograph these 2 since they were just 6 months old. I was amazed by how much they’ve grown since I last saw them! Definitely got my workout chasing them around! I don’t know how their mom and dad do it! Haha. How cute are they though?!

Dixon {2 month session}

It has been a busy last 2 years for Maia and Jason! First came love, then came marriage, now comes a baby in a baby carriage…AGAIN!
Crazy how much can happen in just 24 months…I love being able to capture it all!

Maia thought Jason would like pictures of the 3 of them for Fathers Day. I thought that was a great idea.

Congrats on your second son you guys! He’s as adorable as his big brother!

“S” Family {Mini Session}

A few weeks ago I was hired to photograph an event for the Northwest Association for Biomedical Research Group (or NWABR) up in Seattle. It was the perfect opportunity to schedule sessions with some of my favorite Seattle families. First up is the “S” family. Little Ollie has grown so much since I last saw him! He’s one of my favorite little guys to photograph cuz he’s so darn expressive! I love his crinkled nose smile, inquisitive eyes, and worried wrinkly eyebrows. What a character!

The “P” Family {Olympia, WA Family Session}

A few weeks ago my husband and I were driving through Olympia on our way to Seattle so I could attend a photography conference. Since he grew up in Olympia, he has quite a few friends still in the area including his best friend Ben and his beautiful family. I had the pleasure of photographing them before, (see JoLin’s maternity session here, and baby Quinn’s newborn session here) it was a pleasure to get some fun casual family shots at a nearby park. This is my favorite way to photograph families… nothing posed, just capturing them being them.

Brayden {Mother’s Day Mini Session}

You might remember this little cutie from a few months ago (he’s all over my new portrait website, too!). His mom and dad wanted to give their parents some updated pictures since he’s growing so dang fast! They took advantage of my Mother’s Day mini session promotion last weekend and we had a blast running after Brayden in the park. Of course the clouds decided to burn off at the exact time of the session so it was super bright, but we tried to make the best of it. What’s with this NW weather lately! It needs to make up it’s mind….
