Grant and John are getting married in Eugene on August 14th. We had a great time walking around Washington Park for their engagement session. They brought their dog Lilly, she loved the park! Grant’s sister Callie is my good friend from high school. She and her boyfriend Greg also joined us to help with Lilly and spend time with these two since they were only in Portland for a short time. So excited for their wedding in a few short weeks!

I had been waiting for this session all spring! Chad and Stephanie are my classmates from high school so I knew they’d humor my creative whims. I’ve been wanting to take advantage of these beautiful fields out here in Battle Ground for a long time and I finally got my chance! Not to mention the ridiculously good looking couple I was working with! They turned out just as I’d imagined.

Can’t wait for their wedding in September!

Emily and Tim are my July 24th couple. I met up with them a couple of weeks ago in downtown Lake Oswego for their engagement session and it was great getting to know them better and see them interact as a couple. They are so perfect for each other, I’m so excited to capture their love on their wedding day next month! Tim lives a couple blocks from downtown, so they have spent a lot of time in the area. They actually met at the Tillamook Ice Creamery! We had to get some pictures in there. Such a cute story, and a great addition to their engagement pictures. Congrats Emily and Tim!

Whiney and Nick are one of my September wedding couples. We had a great time walking around the Pittock Mansion where they got engaged, then at Washington Park where some beautiful blooms were a great background.
I’m so glad I got to spend more time with these two, they are such great, loving, hard working people. We shot a little mini engagement session back in February for only about 30 mins to get pictures for their save the date cards. I loved getting to know them better 2 weekends ago during their “real” engagement session. Can’t wait for the wedding!

I met Heidi and Travis through Travis’ brother, Chad. I went to high school with Chad and we have been good friends ever since. I’m lucky enough to have booked both brother’s weddings this year! So excited!

First up is Heidi and Travis’ wedding next month at Timberline Lodge. Definitely looking forward to this one…especially when the couple looks like these 2!

This beautiful couple is one of my September weddings this year. We had a blast roaming around downtown Vancouver and the waterfront finding places to shoot. They have decided to do an “all local” wedding where every vendor and most decorations and products used are all from the Vancouver area. I love this idea! So glad they chose me to be their photographer out of all the photogs in this area.

We’re going to be taking a few more engagement pictures next month at the Saturday Market, but I think the first round of pictures turned out really well! The adoration “S” has for his wife-to-be just pours off of him. You can just see how in love they are! Congrats you 2!
